You raise many good points, like the LoC. Indeed, there are more questions. However, I do not think the intent of the PR is a be-all-and-end-all. One would be equally skeptical if this PR would answer all the questions after years of confusion.

In terms of the extend of the damage, I guess it is a matter of perspective. When this happened, I have said I use my worst scenario as my basic approach, namely, a total writeoff. Maybe other people expect more, some may even have wishful thinking this is just a hoax :)! The truth of the matter is that this is serious and people should not have any illusion about the near term visibility of the share price. They are fooling themselves. That said, I think VARL(E) will still be a going concern after all said and done.

To reiterate my personal stand, I am not going to give the OTC MMs a free ride, unless I need the money for better use. So, I am not about to sell at any cost in the near term. That said, unless there is improvement soon, tax loss selling season will be upon us in no time. Therefore, I have a short term window. Others can judge for themselves.
