This bounce is weaker than the first one a few days ago which is to be expected as the market settles into a new range from which to rally from. Leadership is still in chips, GLW, CIEN and JNPR. JDSU and SDLI is suffering from valuation issues. I expect some more down side of these last two stocks due to P/E contraction. They need to triple capacity every 18 months to maintain the current revenue growth. That is a tough schedule to keep up consistently.
