I wonder what Wopner would say?? InnovaCom, Inc. (OTC/BB: MPEG) and Digital Equipment Corporation today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to create a technology exchange and business relationship for MPEG video encoder integrated circuits (ICs). InnovaCom and Digital will develop software filters for Microsoft Corporation's ActiveMovie multimedia controls, to support MPEG encoding on standard Windows 95 and Windows NT PC platforms.
