In watching QCOM trade today..it is clear the same market makers that were buying everything they can get, SSB, LEH & Pru are "capping" the offer and buying everything they can on the bid (they get stock without having to run up the price)...then I see the same names on the buy side in the Sept and Oct Calls...tells me the market makers are masking their massive buying of QCOM in here as best they can...I have maintained QCOM should be yp 20-25 pts on this news...seems like they agree and want cheap shares...It will be most interesting to see what happens when the "cap" is lifted, probably later today.
