Bob, as for Zeev's assertion that this stock is not being shorted, I don't agree with him, but would give him the benefit of a doubt. He has excellent instincts and is right far more frequently than he is wrong. I think we need to stay open to other possibilities.

If you think of it, my scenario of UPR buying out IMMM is probably more speculative in nature than Zeev's belief that we are victims of a Reg S liquidation. Also, remember that most of the management team are from Australia where Reg S may be the best vehicle for raising investment capital stateside. My experience with micro-caps has taught me that you can never know everything about a stock. Somone is always hiding something so expect the unexpected.
