To all, first the merger occurred in March 96, it is history, technically Photonics bought DTC DATA TECH in exhange for 77% of Photonic's shares, ala reverse split, so the dtec and Photonics shares are technically the same "carry the same weight". I know know It's hard to believe much less comprehend. Call Ms. Hughes the CFO and she can explain things maybe better than I can. The snafu is although the merger is complete, due to the corporations state of incorporation DEL., CA. the actual merging of the stock has not taken place. IT WILL but as Ms. Hughes put it, they would rather spend their cash and time right now getting out new product then focusing on the stock issue. The DTEC and PHOX shares are of Par value (though you wouldn't know it by the price).
DTC DATA TECH has been in business since 1979 and trades on the NASD BB, I don't know why some carry these companies and others don't, usually it is PHOX that comes up blank, believe me their is a DTEC, call up another system, WSRN, E-TRADE,any brokerage, they are for real.
This whole mess has made the small investor a chance that doesn't come very often. Normally MMs and others would be on these (this) stock like flies on _hit. Do some research, remember DTC DATA TECH=PHOTONICS. Hit the URLS I have posted they can help tremendously.
