MOAT...i have no clue...with the price of oil at a 10 year high and a "oil crisis" in great britten, you would think it would be moving up handsomely. i was out of the loop for 4 months. i don't know if the fundamentals changed during that time or for any other reason it tanked other than the otc bloodbath earlier this year... good fortune... pops...
