SDLI would be higher today without the JDSU merger..? Based on JDSU insider selling, I believe that's the case. Take out the S&P blip and I believe you'll see SDL's trading more in line with the Nasdaq now that it's tied to JDSU, which has been trading with the Nas all year. Just my opinion and, as you know, I'm biased. :) Pat
