Energy Minister Says Ecuador May Have to Import Crude Oil Within 5 Years

QUITO, Sept 12 (AP) - Ecuador, a petroleum exporter for the past three decades, may have to import crude oil within four years unless it invests at least dlrs 1 billion for development of existing oil fields, Energy Minister Pablo Teran said on Tuesday.

This just keeps getting better and better.
