Hi Bernard,

I think you stated in May that you feared Winstar could find its way to $20. Although we rallied from $27 to the low 40's, we did eventually make it to your $20. Call off the dogs, OK? HOW DO YOU THINK THIS PLAYS OUT FROM HERE?

Winstar is one of 12 bidding on London 28ghz licenses next month. Total proceeds from all winners are expected to exceed $2bln. Do you think Winstar has lined up a financing partner? If not and they win, do you think they would utilize some of their already committed financing?

Appreciate your thoughts.
