CSCO may find the bottom here and it is true, that CSCO was marking the previous NASDAQ bottoms. I expect CSCO to stay in the trading range for now and watching telecom, particularly QCOM and NXTL. QCOM definitely wants to breakout of the base... NXTL might be a target of acquisition, probably by AT&T. On both, NXTL and QCOM I have a buy signal. el
