Yes. media blitz is about to start on the scooters and how parents should AVOID at all costs..serious DANGER, and you are right kids are breaking there necks... In Time Magazine Sept 16, 2000 it shows scooters are putting more kids in the hospital at alarming rate. Parents may think twice or should, I know i would if i was a responseable parent time.com
