Re: The agreements include the development of the next-generation Direct RDRAM as part of a larger strategic alliance and a broader licensing agreement between the two companies. Strategic alliance? I think that means NEC gets to make RDRAM for free, and they'll be paying 0.001% royalties for SDRAM and DDR. Does anyone have a link to indicate that I am over or underestimating the royalty rates? :-) Dan
