Bernard, Since the CLEC's account for a very small % (<15%)of equipment spending and the ILEC's and IXC's (with the exception of T) are increasing spending at least through next year, what makes you think that the sector is not just being dropped for bargain hunters by Wall Street? They did it to the semi's last month before coming to the rescue. Until there is proof from other than a somewhat bogus article from the WSJ, I will bet long on the sector. tp
