Jozef... I don't know the answer to your question. But I do know it's a BIG "IF" in What happens if Micron/Infineon/Hyunday win? Right now it appears that more weight is slanting in favor of RAMBUS. Gut feeling I have but look for Infineon to sign next. There has been a lot of speculation regarding the patents. Right now RAMBUS is like a Pit Bull protecting them. If RAMBUS has the goods they win no matter what.
