Richard, You seems well informed on the subject, so I guess you'<re the best person to ask how much RAMBUS want to get from SDR and DDR SDRAM makers, let's say each 128Mb module? If it's in the range of 5$ a piece, it may explain why a few company prefer to pay than to risk a penalty.... Max
