TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2000--Media Concepts Inc. (NQB pink
sheets: MDCE) (OTCBB: MDCE) unveiled its new Consumer Electronic Accessories Division
"Concept Accessories", a wholly owned division.
The division specializes in selling value-added wireless electronics to distributors, resellers, and end
users nationwide. The company has received orders from a distributor for electronic power
components, with deliveries commencing in the fourth quarter 2000. Annual sales volume from this
distributor is anticipated to exceed $125,000, with a $30,000 opening order already received.
The distributor sells products to institutional, government, commercial and industrial end users. The
company has leveraged supplier contacts in Asia to secure advantageous product selection and pricing
for niche markets in the United States. Those markets include sales of electronic related power
products, wireless communication accessories, and assembled end user electronics. The company
intends to market these items on an upcoming e-commerce Web site. Concept Accessories will
specify, purchase, and resell products into the U.S. market through a national channel of authorized
distributors, resellers, and major customers.

MDCE announced plans to file its Form 10 in the first quarter of 2001, utilizing financial audits for
the years ending 1999 and 2000. The company CFO, William Palmer, stated that, "Our primary focus
