All i know is the setup appears as good as January and the DMI confirmed today. Volume blast helped the OBV recover alot, let's see if we can follow through. I suspect the NAZ holds the key in the coming days.

As for the commentary, it is obvious WSTL has not been involved with CLECs, and neither were the ILECs. Now they are and so too for WSTL. It is clear the CLECs don't have the money to go it alone.
I know as far as Chicago area is concerned, you are better off with COVAD than Ameritech. You can get the service with them at least.
But I think the book is still out whether these partnerships lead to one vendor or another as preferred provider. Hopefully todays action is vote for WSTL and not CMTN or EFNT.
