Is anyone else skeptical of the timing here? Does anyone else remember how many times the Chinese have dangled a carrot in front of us, only to take it away once they have what they want from us? After the vote, this may turn out to be the same as everything else that's come out of China: hot air. They must think we are really stupid, to keep on falling for the same trick. Are we?
