TLM is one of the best laggards of all IMHO. I agree but it will probably continue to be a laggard because of the negative press due to their relationship with the current Sudanese government. I'm not one to judge whether or not this negative press is justified, as I haven't followed the story closely and I certainly don't know enough facts to choose a side. At the same time, this negative association makes me believe that there are other 'laggards' that will give investors similar returns to those of TLM, without the associated baggage.
