EVERYONE I speak with is clueless. Even the other analysts I keep up with do not have a single idea.

Either this is going to go down as one of the best bargains in telecom (we are below some of the private financing rounds now) or the best kept secret on the street (that is, what is happening).

All I can come up with is that it is being lumped in with underfunded CLECs . . . the only thing is though is that ARCC is very well funded.
