Paul,

<Re: "Intel's situation is very delicate here with C0s mostly yielding under the 933MHz range"

Better get UP TO DATE !>

I quite upto date and am quite familar that Intel has chips over 933. Note the "mostly yielding" phrase in the original email.

<Fry's in Sunnyvale now has a 1 GHz Pentium III HP Pavilions.

And 933 MHz Pentium IIIs as well. >

Intel's marketing is smart. These guys know enough to target the early 1Gs to the consumer sector. Took care Dell consumer PCs first and now to HP - shouldn't surprise anyone that much.

What is your understanding of 1G bin-splits on C0? And what is your understanding of Athlon 1.2G bin splits at Dresden?

Chuck
