She joined Rhythms NetConnections Inc. in 1999 as Vice President of Enterprise Marketing and moved to Vice President of Market Planning and Strategy earlier this year.

Ms. Zeletes is a graduate of Harvard University's Executive Leadership Program and has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Broadband connectivity solutions will be only one facet of HSA's Commercial and DSL unit. The company is establishing a full spectrum of content and customer support services for its commercial customers. HSA recently acquired Digital Chainsaw, a Florida-based web hosting and systems integration company doing business as NetPerformance and serving more than 8,500 businesses. HSA's national telemarketing and customer care resources, which include a new, 500-employee national customer care and network monitoring facility in Louisville, Kentucky, will provide experienced and efficient support for its Commercial and DSL unit.
