They must think we are really stupid, to keep on falling for the same trick Do you have any doubts. They have flaunted their will in our faces so many times its become a habit. We may be the most powerful country but I think the Chinese are the most ingenious negotiators. They give very little and take the others for a ride. And we are so afraid they may not give us that little that we constantly put up with their nonsense in the hope that this time they will do what they say they will.
