India Infosys To Announce Tie-Up With Microsoft Thursday BOMBAY (Dow Jones)--Software company Infosys Technologies Ltd. (INFY) said Wednesday it will announce a new alliance with Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) at a press conference Thursday. The conference will be held at New Delhi, the company said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Microsoft chairman Bill Gates, who is arriving at New Delhi Thursday, will be present at the conference. At 0745 GMT (3:45 a.m. EDT), shares of Infosys were at 8,790.00 rupees ($1=INR45.63) on the Bombay Stock Exchange, down INR57.0 from its previous close.
