Misheldo, in my model, I assumed 1% royalties on all DRAM and assumed, according to "guidance" from Tate that DRAM will be about 60% of all revenues in the next 4 to 5 years. The big variable is what will be the size of the DRAM market by 2003, is that $30 B or north of $50 B as some forecasters assume. Don't forget that a PE of 25 on a future year (which will probably be in the midst of a semi down cycle) is by itself quite generous. Nevertheless, under the right market conditions later this year, the Bu$$ could easily go to overvaluation. I think that we will see today if the buss can run or not, if it does not close above $83, you know troubles are brewing, and I would still not consider the basic trend changed until it breaches $97.
