Khan is correct. It appears that TI’s 50% market share in DSPs and hence a looming giant in IP Phones, coupled with the prior LU IP Phone VAR (LU is probably number 2 in DSP’s) and the PingTel association all imply that IP Phones is “yet another lily pond” (YALP).

Exactly why YALP’s don’t bump up the stock significantly upon discovery remains a mystery.
