My analysis: Any bad news for the stalling Covisint and other hastily hacked together B2B exchanges is excellent news for FMKT. Easier to simply use FMKT's existing service.

Also, the attention being paid to VerticalNet's lack of real B2B substance may also be favourable to FMKT (these articles don't mention FMKT though):
