Ok - So SK suggested the compromise, the ministry is concerned about the tenuous clause where SK could still back out and go W-CDMA and so then 7 days later SK offers a proposal to wait 3 years and do W-CDMA? It seems like we are still missing something here. Hoping this is just part of the negotiation tactics. Supposedly it is all supposed to be over before the 3 day Chusok holiday. Anyone know when that is?

The ministry is also known to be negotiating with IMT-2000
carrier candidates to settle the standard disputes before the
three-day Chusok holiday ends.
