Lynne--Thanks. IMO, after the dust settles, this will be seen as a positive move for Chase. CMB is changing its image from a static, if not stagnant, co. to one that will be dynamic in an increasingly global environment.

Wheter they paid $7 per share too much (as has been suggested by a CNBC analyst) will prove small in the next few years.

If I were a ST investor, I'd be unhappy. I'm LT and pleased.
