Mel,
On what grounds do you base this information? I will agree that during the summer months the demand for power protection typically becomes more evident. (thunderstorms, lightning, utility brownouts, etc) The last press release I saw was a Painewebber report last week (actually dated April 30th) which gave the company an attractive rating, and the stock hasn't really done much with that news.

So back to the point, you stated "It seems APCC is about to heat up" why?
