First, if these shares are coming from Taiwan acquisitions under a contract to say MLCO it is a LMNE ,material event, where the only dialog can be through the SEC.

If some of these are coming from AstroTerra, and are mixed in, that would still be material to LMTE.

Third maybe we have entered the Quiet period on Optical Access as well...I would not doubt this a bit.

Either way you can take it to the bank that the Float has expanded, and you know why.

So Logic would tell you that the combination of Float expansion and shorts knowing this was due, the results are as expected are they not!
