Let's see - you're holding your shares at 1.15 (assusming I believe it, which I don't given the timing of when you said you bought), and you're encouraging everyone else to buy. According to the 144 filings, Hayseed is selling his shares that he got for free. One of you is a sucker, which one? That's the question.

Hayseed is taking money out, and you're leaving your money in and encouraging others to buy.

In my opinion, the sucker is not the insider. PALLIE.
