I still believe MSFT is yet to seriously start buybacks and I hope they do soon. After Visio acquisition lock, they reinstated buyback a month ago on Aug 8th. In my opinion they should buyback some 10 Billion worth - I think it is the best use for the cash. It also helps us long term shareholders and I don't want a dividend, I will take share appreciation any day.
