You don't get it. Forcing people to do this or that with a disregard for conscience is the issue. If a company wants to extend same- sex benefits, that is its business. If it does not, that should be its business too. The question is one of which things will be considered as a protected class, with the weight of government in its favor, and which things will not. That makes it a political issue.......
