re. MCN deal: That's for 55% @28.5 cash and 45% for .775 DTE stock, is that right? Looks like the companies are working to overcome the Fed's objections. When do you figure the deal will close? If within 5-6 months - I guess that would a reasonable expectation - they've already been at it a year come Oct 4 ... it seems like it'd be a pretty good bet at this point also.
