active, I would be careful of OPEC jawboning these #. This so called "spare capacity" is dwindling fast and supply isn't keeping up...... No wishful thinking is going to drop prices at this point. Keeping our eyes on Clinton and his moves with the SPR is noteworthy but any extra build there will be absorbed by lack of OPEC production and down time. Hey, I even sold my gashogs! RR
