Paul, re mcn. Stock dropped to around 21 just prior to quarterly conference call. They had dte staff at that meeting and the tone of the meeting was that they were marching forward. The stock has risen steadily since then. Review the recent press releases and see if you get the feeling, as I do, that the concrete offers on the table are for real. This is subjective but I believe we will se the deal consumated this year. In any case the .775 shares is not a collar number so we could benefit if utes continue to rise in price.
