Bohdan you are correct in your understanding of the regulations.
Insiders are obligated to report their transactions, but do you really
think that they do? Purchasing of stocks through numbered companies and from off-shore accounts and through spouses and
relatives is extremely common. IMHO this is what makes looking at
the insiders reports very deceiving. It gives a false sense of security.
You might think you know what is going on but you don't.
