>>>RE: EDIG as a short<<<

News regarding a Nasdaq listing could come out any second. The stock, with 55,000 shareholder accounts, on a false run-up, traded as high as 24. It declined to near the three mark due to the following: a) no legs due to false run-up (practically speaking, it was a good short then); b) stall during long Nasdaq wait; c) last spring's tech meltdown; and d) last quarter revenues did not show profit (projected to be profitable next quarter, however).

>>>also consider that they have 130 million shares out<<<

>>>126 million.<<<

>>>and a contract with one company<<<

EDIG has contracted with Maycom, Q-Design and Remote Solutions/Hango<<<

>>>Lanier, who sold the unit that holds the edig contract. Did I mention the waning cash position?<<<

Lanier has not yet sold the business unit. And whose to say that if Lanier's business unit is in fact sold that the sale could prove lucrative for EDIG in the voice recognition arena?

>>>Finally, the operating system competes with Windows CE, not exactly a formula for success.<<<

Please name another Micro Operating System which competes with e.Digital's?

>>>If it gets back to $5 look at it as a short candidate.<<<

If it gets back to five it'll likely remain there as the five mark is needed for the Nasdaq application. The intuitive view would be that the movers and manipulated already loaded up when it was under five.

>>>OT: RE: philosophy, you have a simple rule, true, as is caveat emptor. How do you say let the reader beware in latin? <<<

Let the reader realize that to sell EDIG at this particular stage could mean missing the second train out of the station. The run-up to $24 was the first.

WE do have lemon laws and such to fight those that would abuse their fellows in the real world. Manipulation on
the level I've witnessed in the virtual should be illegal also!
