Looks like there was a "sell on the news". The good news is that CATS seems to be holding above $10. Still looks like a bargin for the patient investor. I'm long on this and won't sell until it hits one of my PE multiple targets. Just a matter of time and moving targets. ( I have passed a few old targets on this stock.)
