Thanks much, Bonnie ;-).

Bonnie is a friend of mine from Yahoo! Dell board. Learned about her high-tech brilliance 3 years ago.

Enjoy, everyone.

Hi, David et al ... re RMBS & SNDK:

My opinion is still one of HIGH CAUTION ... the lawsuit battle could render the value of the stock in short term (six months) dead in the water.

Once Voltaire put it on his 'inimitable' <g> radar screen, I picked up 6 contracts Jan/Feb 115s. Those are what I'm sweating, most of all.

February was the real run, as we all know. I traded it basically sheerly on momentum nine times from mid-Oct thru about March 1 ... got too scared when it hit in the $320. I'd held 50 sh that, post split, have become 200, cost $34. Those I don't mind keeping.

I only mention this to point out I know something about the stock -- and the technology, as well -- having followed for a couple of years from initial visibility in media based on Michael Dell's 'personal interest' in it -- that timeframe, of course, was when DELL stock itself was 'still hot.' Am sure all DELL LTB&Hs on boards immediately picked up on it in theory then at least, if not actual execution in purchases/trades.

And, no, Uncle Frank -- I'm not real interested in 'commandeering' <g> -- thought you'd like that 'military' term -- this or any other message board.

As I'm not 'allowed' <g> to post on the moderated version of this board, thought I'd post here my thoughts, without the benefit of angels and all that, of the possible risk side of loading up on such an 'iffy' situation surrounding RMBS.

FWIW.

SNDK I like ... think they'll win their lawsuits. I know SNDK from 'real work' ... standardization on its patented technology thru my client who has based entire lines of their own new product dvlpmt on RMBS version ... could have bot @ 11 bucks three-four years ago (like anybody else <g>) ... didn't. Rest is history. I bought 100 sh @ $67 ... listening to Tom ... good call, Volt. You're right on some and not on others, eh?
