I've been thinking alot about your comment that the small caps like MTSN are priced close to a bottom. I also have promised myself that I would have a fair amount of cash for the next bottom. My thoughts are if we were to hit a downdraft we would see a downside of at least 12 (I'm prepared to bet the farm at that level), but if it were a blip we'd see 15-16 (and we have). Where do you think we are going from here? My concern is that the market will worry about the next downturn until it comes, limiting the upside.
