Why do Democrats such as yourself insist on spreading rumors and innuendo without a shred of evidence? The difference between my rant (as you call it) and your snide remark, is my rant has substantial evidence to back each and every point up. And yours is nothing but innuendo and rumor.
Those kind of remarks might work in a mindless 4.7 second rhetorical sound bite, but they do nothing but exercise your fingers here.
Albert Arnold Gore Jr grew up in a hotel. He was driven from place to place in a limousine. He attended only private exclusive schools. And one of his most influential family friends was Armond Hammer, a socialist and probable communist.
In order to help daddy win reelection, he went to Vietnam and was given one or two body guards. He never walked perimeter in the woods (as he said) or was ever in harms way. After his daddy lost the election he returned home. His privileged aristocratic tour in Vietnam (where hired hands actually washed and folded his clothes and made his bed daily), lasted all of five months. A five month tour in Vietnam was unheard at the time, except by the very few privileged silver spooned sons of former Senators, like Al Gore Jr.
The rest of Al Gore's life follows this same pattern of silver spooned achievements. While all along, he hypocritically pretends to be concerned with the little people.
There is no greater power than the federal government, and Al Gore Jr, represents and defends it against the people at every turn. Even to the point of preventing parents from choosing a school for their children to attend.
Al Gore for all practical purposes has never worked in the private sector or outside of government. He's never run a business, (unless you consider his slumlord activities a business) and he constantly champions a stronger more influential role for government to play in our lives. Not hard to figure out why. He actually believes the government creates jobs and prosperity, instead of private businesses and risk takers.
For seven and a half years Gore/Clinton said nothing about prescription drugs, as well as many other issues they pretend to support today. Yet, Democrats actually believe the tripe coming out of the Gore campaign is for real. How many times does he need to lie and invent achievements before sane Democrats wake up and realize what a phony person he really is?
Or, will Democrats instead put their head in the sand and elect a person who's delusional character has been documented time and time again, then get surprise when he pulls another crime like the Buddhist Temple, or uses the power of the IRS to abuse the privilege we grant him and rip and tear America's liberty and freedom like an old shirt that he never respected, loved or admired?
That's the question this election cycle. Will we elect a phony big government spender, or will we elect a decent person of character, who trusts the people more than the bureaucrats in D.C. to make decision in the nations best interest.
