AT SCIs CC they stated that the revenue shortfall of 300 Million was because of Settop boxes primarily . They used the figure of 70%. Also with respect to PCs, they said only finished PCs were affected. They make a lot of PC motherboards and this is 1/4 the price of the finished PC.
They said the PCBA business(motherboards )is doing fine. So I doubt whether this is a CPQ problem for their computers. Also this was mostly European related sales and a new settop design ramp and some component lead times also contributed. Bottom line there is no reason for the CPQ to go down IMO. HWP is their primary finished PC customer.
