Cheeky, Win ME: from what I read it's not worth upgrading to. But OfficeMax has a deal where you buy the upgrade and get a 100MB USB Zip drive free. If anyone needs a Zip drive [a $100 value], that's a deal. It's on the OfficeMax web site [which is not accessible right now]. Gottfried
