Duke - it amazes me that a non-existent email is now "infamous". There was another section of testimony, I think it was Barksdale, where they traced the reference to Larry Ellison, not Maritz. I remember the Ellison remarks, since they were made in front of the press, not in some mystery email. He was talking about cutting off Sybase's air supply - and he did it. Still, reporters don't seem to go much beyond other reporters' stories for their research any more.
