John, RE: So you are questioning the intelligence of the analysts that downgraded Intel, you certainly seem to be dismissing their opinions. I'm pretty sure that you must have me confused with someone else. I don't think I have questioned an analyst's intelligence as a result of his downgrade of Intel. I have continually stated that I think that Kumar is a pretty bright guy. My opinion of Whittington's intelligence isn't quite as high, but that has nothing to do with his opinion on Intel. With every position I take, there is a very intelligent and reasonable person that has an opposite take. I make it a point to understand that person before I enter the position. You do understand what a demand slowdown would do to Intel's stock price, over the next year, at it's current PE? Oh, yes indeed. I don't think, however that a lot of other people are truly cognizant of how significant that risk is.
