Wish I knew, I'm getting them also even though I didn't sign up for them. I have tried twice to contact them but mail is returned.
You're right, it is illegal. I sent this letter to the SEC this morning.

I am currently receiving buy recommendations from a stock wizard that I did not sign up for.
I have tried to get off the list but the e-mail address has a problem as it is being returned to me as undeliverable.
This is the error message I get when trying to get off the list.

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

Your message was not delivered because the destination computer refused
to accept it (the error message is reproduced below). This type of error
is usually due to a mis-configured account or mail delivery system on the
destination computer; however, it could be caused by your message since
some mail systems refuse messages with invalid header information, or if
the messages are too large.

Your message was rejected by mx1.mail.yahoo.com for the following reason:
delivery error: dd Sorry, your message to the_stock_wizard2000@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This account is overquota. - mta410.mail.yahoo.com

If anyone else wants to do the same the e-mail address is enforcement@sec.gov
