I don't have CSCO, and I know Ms Gail Dudack has been a permabear for at least 2 years and counting, Mr Lou Rukeyser went so far as to exclude her from the elves list! Deep background and peripheral information aside, the reason I bring this up is that it appears consistent to her view, and thus Warburg and its clients [including its own mutual funds] back away from NT as well.
On a separate note, I was hoping for a 30MM yesterday. However, she is not necessarily out of the wood, while 30MM is 3x of yearly average, it only matches the *smack down* the day before. So, maybe it is awash :). I am more hopeful if she can break back above 71 with strong volume, she may have indeed a strong base formed. Just a wide technical guess
